| | We purchased our second Border Collie TAM in December 2006 after sadly loosing Josh our pet of 13 years to old age. Fortunately, we had never had the need for kennels for Josh however when TAM arrived we envisaged the need for kennels in the coming years and decided it may be a good plan to start him early. After extensive surfing of the net I found Auchincrieve Kennels and after a very welcomed visit to the kennels and having met Norman, I then spoke on email with other clients of Norman and Vera's and I booked TAM in for a couple of days trial prior to leaving him in the kennels for a month in December 2007. I have to say that the personal service and kennel facilities were exemplary. TAM was only 15 months old when we left him and he seemed to love it and if he could talk I know for sure he would certainly be asking when he could go back. I then took him back just this week for a couple of day's prior to putting him in for another long spell on the 19th August and was completelty amazed that on arrival he seemed to recognise Norman and was so delighted to see him. I would most definately recommend this kennel to everyone and knowing how stressful it can be leaving your pet in kennels and moving them from their family home and all the luxuries we provide for them. However, this is a place where I know TAM can be left and I now he is well looked after and reqularly exercised.
Should anyone considering the kennels wish to contact me direct please fee free to do so.
